The Mutt Eyes are Non-Starter eyes that can come from breeding a Mutt.

You can have a chance at one of these exciting Non-Starter Mutt eyes by breeding any Mutt with another K-9 or by breeding together two Mutts.

On Feb.11, 2020 Amaretto released Version 3.1, in this update there were 4 new Mutt eyes Beacon, Pulsar, Blotter, and Basilisk!

These eyes CAN be passed on.
